This notice explains how the TridentTech website handles information submitted through its enquiry form.
Information you share
The form asks for your name, email address, service of interest, and project description. Company and phone details are optional. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, or sensitive personal information in your message.
How enquiries are used
Your details are used to review and respond to your request and discuss a possible engagement. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to a mailing list.
Where information goes
Enquiries are stored in a private WordPress inbox accessible to site administrators. If email notifications are enabled, the enquiry details are also sent to the configured business recipient through the site’s email service. The hosting and email providers process information needed to operate those services.
Spam prevention and browser storage
The form uses a security token, a hidden spam-detection field, and short-lived rate-limiting records. The form’s rate limiter uses a keyed hash of the connection address rather than storing the raw address. Temporary duplicate-check records expire after five minutes and rate-limiting records after an hour without another accepted enquiry. Server access logs may separately contain connection and request information.
The website may temporarily remember your selected service in your browser session to pre-fill the enquiry form. WordPress uses cookies when an administrator logs in. This theme does not install advertising or analytics trackers.
Retention and requests
Submitted enquiries remain in the private inbox until an administrator removes them. You can use the enquiry form to request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry information. Please use the email address associated with your original enquiry so the request can be verified. Administrators can process export and deletion requests using WordPress privacy tools. Hosting backups and email copies are managed separately.
